Babies should be considered supreme rulers of the household, because they are always so much in charge and are constantly being waited on, and they never get in trouble. At the very least they should be constitutional monarchs.
Maxwell is here. Alexis decided to join a marching band to herald the new birth. You can see a photo of her marching away and singing a welcoming song (I think she's singing 'happy birthday')
