It's Alexis' 1 week birthday!

Hi! I still haven't figured out if I should say Alexis' birthday or Alexis's Birthday. And how do you pronounce it? Alexis-s, Alexis, or Alexisuz?
It's been a week since Alexis was born! Here is her established routine.

1)Mom feeds her
2)She falls asleep and poops
3)Dad changes her diaper
4)She wakes up because of the diaper change
5)Dad picks her up and cuddles with her for two seconds and then,
6)Alexis decides she wants something that Daddy doesn't have and starts crying
7)Mom feeds her, and then she won't go to sleep.
